| Reverse: C3a Attributes -Some over-polished areas, particularly around the eagles head/nose. The left wreath has numerous polish lines and several disconnected leaves. Markers - Horizontal polish lines inside the bow and a single polish line outside left of bow as well. |
| Comments: Overall reverse shows alot of rusted and/or acid treated areas on the die. |
