- Doubled 18-3 with 1 at the top right of vertical shaft, left 8 slightly at lower left inside of both loops and 3 slightly at bottom inside of lower loop.
- Die Marker - Left 8 has raised die chip on right side of upper loop.
- Die Marker - Polishing line in upper hair curl.
- Double clash of reverse RW1 and the cap vee.
- Dense polish lines in LIBERTY and in the cotton bolls.
- Die chips in the ear opening with diagonal polish marks.
- Weak right wing clash at Liberty's neck.
- Weak die crack at the left and right of bust point.
- Weak clash from reverse left wreath at Liberty's lips/chin/nose bridge.

- O mint mark set slightly high. Debris at botton of center opening.
- Beveling at TF1-TF3 just above the wreath bow.
- Dense polish lines in the lower and upper tail feathers, the leg triangle voids, and the eagle's wing-neck.
- Die Marker - Distinct horizontal polish line at the wing-neck gap.
- Double clash of obverse cap vee at the inside of LW1-LW2.
- Weak clash of Liberty's nose bridge, chin and lips at the inside of the left wreath.
- Weak double clash marks at the top of the eagle's right wing below the n of In. No letter transfer.
- Weak die crack at the top of the large leaf of RW3 into the field.
