Obverse: III2-12
  • Date set at the Far position.
  • 1 Strongly doubled as spikes at top left, left of top and bottom crossbar plus doubled below bottom crossbar. First 8 slightly doubled at top inside of upper loop.
  • Die crack from the denticles below the bust point into the left side of the 1 and between date digits.
  • Die crack from right side of bust point across lower hair ending above RS2 at the hair vee.
  • Large die chips along the lower edge of the Phyrgian cap.
  • Gouge to the right of the D-void. Horizontal polish lines in the hair above the D-void.
  • Die crack from the NU of UNUM into the cap bun ending inthe field in front of the cap bun.
  • Diagonal die gouge above first U in UNUM
  • Diagonal die gouge between the TY of LIBERTY.
  • Two fine polish marks below the left cotton blossom.
  • Weak doubling at the inside left and right of ear opening.
  • Weak die crack at the left side of the bustpoint extending into the field above LS1.
  • Die crack between LS1-LS5.
  • Die crack between UR and BUS of PLURIBUS.
  • Die crack at the top of the M of UNUM and at the second U of UNUM into the denticles.
  • Die crack from the denticles above the M to RS6-RS4.
  • Diecrack from RS3-RS2.
Reverse: C3a.
  • Pitting inside the wreath bow, lower/upper tail feathers and leg voids.
  • Weak digonal polish lines and chips/pitting in the eagles wing/neck gap.
  • Weak die crack from the left star across the top of UNIT.
  • Die crack across top of ED, right wing tip ending above the S in STATES.
  • Weak die crack across the top of OF to the left wing tip.
  • Weak die crack across the bottom of DOLLA. Distinct crack at the inside/bottom of the O of DOLLAR.
