- Dense polish lines in the hair curls, the LIBERTY banner and in/around the cotton bolls.
- Some hubbing liquid circles at back of Phrygian cap.
- Die Marker - Short horizontal die scratch at hair edge below ear.
- Die crack above the 1 at the bust base into the hair curls.
- Clash line of the top of the eagle's right wing at Liberty's neck with faint partial incuse n of In. Die clash higher than 1885-P VAM-9C & 1885-P VAM-9D.
- Die crack at LS6-7 to E.
- Die crack at B-U.

- Dense polish lines in the wreath bow, upper/lower tail feathers and the left leg void. Debris and polish lines in the right leg void.
- Debris and polish lines in the wing-neck gap.
- Die crack from the O in ONE to the left star and at U-N T-E-D, into/across the right wing tip, terminating at the first S of STATES.
- Double clash line of Liberty's neck at the top of the eagles right wing into the bottom of the n of In. Letter transfer occurs on the obverse.
- Die crack at O-F and across the eagles left wing.
- Strong cap vee clash at RW1.
