- Date set at the Normal Left position. Strong horizontal polish lines to the left of the 1. Spike in the upper right loop of first 8.
- Curvy thread-like impression at right side of top left cotton leaf. Scribbling die scratches below lower cotton leaf.
- Weak die crack across the wheat kernels.
- Thick polish marks in the LIBERTY and in/around the cotton bolls.
- Thick polish line in front of the hair curl to the left of the D-void.
- Die crack from the right side of the bust point into the 1 flag.
- Die chip/break to the left of the bust point.
- Die crack at the left of LS1, right of LS2, right/left of LS3 and between LS5-LS6.
- Strong die scratch through bottom of US of PLURIBUS.
- Die crack thru UN of UNUM. Strong die scratch through N.
- Die crack between UM of UNUM, between RS3-RS4-RS5, at right side of RS5 and left side of RS6.

- Long horizontal die scratch in the upper tail feathers above the arrow/olive branch intersection.
- Four thick polish marks at the left side of the upper tail feathers.
- Long vertical die scratch on the right side of upper tail feathers next to the eagle's left leg.
- Vertical die scratch at the bottom feather of the eagle's left wing.
- Fine vertical polish lines in the eagles wing-neck gap.
- Heavy polishing in the center of inner and outer right/left wings and in the left/right wing/body junction.
- Die scratch through the s of trust.
- Weak die crack thru the bottom of the left star into the base of the O of ONE.
- Weak die crack across the top of UNITED into the right wing tip terminating in the denticles above the first S of STATES.
- Die crack and two strong die scratches across the first T of STATES.
- Weak die crack between the tops of AMERIC.
- Die crack at the right side of the right star. Die crack between the R of DOLLAR and right star.
