- Date set at the Near position. Both 0s repunched slightly at top inside.
- Die Marker - Thick die gouge in the hair above the 00.
- Die Marker: Polishing lines in LIBERTY.
- Doubling on left and right stars??
- Fine polish lines in the lower hair, in/around the cotton bolls and in the LIBERTY banner. Note the polish marks at the top of the left wheat kernel.
- Polish lines inside the ear.

- Weak gouge in the right leg triangle void. Fine diagonal polish lines in the left leg triangle void.
- Dot next to the right talon.
- Die Marker - Gouge in the wing-neck gap.
- Unique polish lines at the reverse left star.
- Unique polish lines at the top of the right wing below the G of God.
- Die Marker - Scratch connecting top two left wreath clusters at inside.
- Die Marker - Long polish line in the field below the M of AMERICA.
- Gouge at the bottom left side of the second A of AMERICA, as viewed.
