- Weak collar clash at UNUM
- Minor doubling at the top of cap and profile.
- Two dots in the upper left side of the top crossbar of LIBERTY.
- Polish line on the neck at lower hair curl just above designer initial.
- Weak doubling at inside right of ear opening.

- Two horizontal polish lines just to the right of the bow.
- Marker Horizontal polish line across middle of the lower tail feathers. Light die rust pits on eagle and in the wing-neck gap.

- Weak Liberty lip clash at the inside of LW1.
- Micro crack between the bottom of the two L's of DOLLAR
- A of DOLLAR strongly doubled on left side.
