Characteristics are described with a degree of granularity intended for die identification more so than for die classification. A characteristic may not span the entire die progression. Thus, not all characteristics may be present in any one coin.
Die crack thru the bottom of date extending over to denticles below bust point. Wide break between the 1 base and denticles. Break is as high as date digits above field.

Dense polish lines in the LIBERTY banner. Good PUP in the upper left serif of the Y.
Thick polish line at the cotton boll stems. Possible PUP.
Diagonal polish lines in the ear when lit properly.
